Bug fixes

• Fixed that Mass Edit bypassed some permission settings
• Fixed that the "Inactive Tasks" tab on the mini-dashboard disappears when a supplier is re-activated
• Fixed settings for some suppliers that could prevent them from accessing tasks
• Fixed a bug where some files could not be assigned to tasks in Upload by Mail
• Fixed a bug in some exports that did show a previous files' expiration date
• Fixed a bug in some browser versions, that prevented the mass edit button from showing
