How to send files to your customers without logging into ecratum

If your customers are actively using the Upload by Email feature, for you to share product documentation with them has become easier. You are now enabled to send product documents to them without logging into ecratum. You simply do not need to have an ecratum account and you can send your product documents just through sending an email to your customers.

Once your customer provides you with their special company email address which is generated out of using the Upload by Email feature, all you need to do is just to send your files in PDF format to the shared email address. Then, the rest is assured by ecratum. All the files in PDF format that you send to the provided email address will be stored in your customer's company account in ecratum and it is all up to them to match the files sent to them with the pending product document tasks that they sent to you.

Keep in mind that when you send your files to the provided email address, the body of the email is discarded. Your customer will be able to see the files that you send in PDF, your email address and the date that you sent the email.
