You should start with having a product group that contains the purchased products about which you want to collect product documentation. Then, you need to associate each product in the product group with their corresponding suppliers. After that, you need to select the product document types that you want to send requests for. Through linking products with suppliers and document types, you can send product document requests to those suppliers at once instead of doing it one by one.
