ecratum enables you to collaborate with your suppliers in an efficient and centralized way. By adding your suppliers to ecratum’s platform, you would have not only effective communication but also strong collaboration with them.
Once you add your suppliers to the platform, depending on ecratum’s modules you use, you can easily exchange documents and information with them. The ways of adding a supplier vary according to the number of suppliers you want to add and their existence in ecratum.
Connecting to a supplier
If the supplier that you want to collaborate with in ecratum already has an ecratum account, you can search for their company in ecratum’s company database and connect to them.
Inviting a supplier
If the supplier that you want to collaborate with in ecratum is not registered to our platform yet, you have the option to invite them to join ecratum for free and then, you can start collaborating with them.
Importing multiple suppliers
If you have multiple suppliers that you want to add to our platform at once, you are strongly recommended to use the import feature. Importing feature helps you add multiple suppliers in bulk through uploading a file that contains data about them. The suppliers you add by using the import feature will be called custody suppliers. You can send requests to your custody suppliers and work on those requests on behalf of them but if you want them to get active in ecratum, you need to invite them to join ecratum and create an account for their companies for free.
