Workflows for supplier groups

As described in “Assigning users to tasks: Workflows” and “What is a document workflow?” articles, the workflow is a feature provided to you by ecratum that enables you to delegate a user from your company account to receive tasks from or to send tasks to particular company or company groups.

A big advantage of using the workflow feature is that you can select a supplier group within the workflow which means that the user you define as the responsible user will be in charge of handling interactions with the chosen supplier group.
