While collecting company related documentation from your suppliers, requesting it to each supplier one by one could get repetitive and cause you to waste so much time. At this point, ecratum provides you with the ability to automate sending document requests to your supplier groups.
Keep in mind that in order to be able to send company related document requests to your suppliers, your company needs to hold the subscription of a custom plan that contains the Supplier Documentation module and you need to have the permissions to use this module.
Sending document tasks via automation is enabled for the given company groups depending on the ecratum modules you use: My Clients, My Suppliers, My Producers and My Traders. In addition to these listed groups, you can also create customized supplier groups and send them document tasks using automation. Once you decide which supplier group that you want to send document tasks and the document types via the automation feature, the companies in that group will be sent the corresponding document tasks. Besides, anytime you add a new supplier into that group, that specific company will be also sent the document tasks created in the automation.
