Every document type offered by ecratum would have either expiration date or revalidation period. The document types with an expiration date mean that your supplier needs to state an expiration date while uploading that particular document. On the other hand, the document types with a revalidation period expire after a fixed amount of time depending on the document type and require your supplier’s action to determine its validity by either revalidating the previously uploaded document or uploading a new one. The expiration dates and revalidation periods are checked daily and the corresponding revalidation or expiration tasks are automatically created by ecratum.
