In ecratum, you can add your suppliers to the platform in order to collaborate with them. Adding suppliers can be done one by one or in bulk by importing the respective data about them. If you are adding a single supplier:
- You can check if that supplier is already using ecratum and if yes, you can connect to them.
- If the supplier has no account yet, you can invite them to join ecratum so that you can send them product document requests through ecratum.
If you need to add many suppliers at once, we strongly recommend you to use our import feature, where you can add those suppliers in bulk by uploading a file that contains data about them Keep in mind that you will not import contact information at this point. Once the data about your suppliers is imported to ecratum, they will have a status called custody suppliers. You can send any request to your custody suppliers and work with those tasks on behalf of your suppliers, but for them to get active you need to invite your business contacts to create a user account for each custody supplier.
