Invitation tracking
You can now keep track of the invitations you have sent out to suppliers.
On your 'My Suppliers' page, the 'Connection Status' lets you know the status of you supplier :
- Custody : if you imported your supplier but haven't sent an invitation yet
- Invited : if you have sent an invitation and it is still pending
- Connected : if the invitation has been accepted and you are fully connected
Sending tasks to an invited company
You can now start sending tasks to a company immediately after inviting it. The tasks will be ready in the inbox of the invited person. As soon as they accept the invitation, they can start working on them.
Note : avoid inviting company names with special characters as this might cause bugs
