After activating the Customer Complaints feature, you can distribute the link of your Complaint Portal to your customers and let them send complaint tickets to you. To access to your Complaint Portal:
- Click on Complaint Portal under the Configuration.
- On the new page, you can click the Copy to Clipboard button to quickly copy the link of your Complaint Portal and distribute that link among your customers through your preferred channel.
- When your customers get the link to your Complaint Portal, they are required to log in to ecratum in order to submit a complaint ticket to you. If they do not have an ecratum account yet, they can easily sign up and create their free account. The view of the Complaint Portal is shown below:
