Once you distribute the link of your Complaint Portal to your customers, they can start sending complaint tickets to you after logging in or signing up for an ecratum account. A received complaint ticket can be reviewed in two places:
- Complaint Ticket Status
- When your customer sends you a complaint ticket, you can view it along with other tasks in your Inbox. Respectively received complaint tickets can be also seen in your Teambox.
Complaint Ticket Status
You can particularly view and track the status of only complaint tickets in a separate location dedicated to the feature.
- Click Complaint Ticket Status on your sidebar. Here you can review all the tickets that you receive from your customers as well as the tickets that you sent to companies that have the Customer Complaints feature.
