How to share your knowledge base with your customers

You can share your Knowledge Base with your customers and let them read the published content. You can distribute it to your customers by doing the following:

• Go to the main page for Knowledge Base by clicking Knowledge Base in the sidebar.
• Copy the link of your Public Knowledge Base that shown above your created topics. To quickly copy the link, you can press the Copy To Clipboard button and the link will be copied.

• You can distribute the link of your Public Knowledge Base to your customers by using your preferred channel.
