How to work with ecratum products?
Depending on you are a Customer Service/Support team member or a Quality/Purchasing team member, you can choose ecratum products that you need and start using them. To make this happen, ecratum built a store where you can select the products that you want to subscribe to for free.
- Go to ecratum Store which is located in the sidebar.
CSM Products
If you are working for Customer Service or Support departments, ecratum offers you 4 different products which help you enrich your customer service management. To start using a CSM product:
- Select your preferred product from ecratum Store.
- Press the Get Started button that takes you to the view where you can find information regarding how you can use that particular product and to activate the product, press the Activate For Free button.
- After confirming the activation on the modal by clicking on the Activate button you can now start using that product through its sidebar and configuration items.
| Note: If another user from your company has already activated a product, you need to be added to that particular product's plan by that user. |
SRM Products
SRM products have been created for quality and purchasing professional who actively collaborate with suppliers. ecratum presents 3 unique products to you to make working with suppliers easier. To start using an SRM product:
- Select your preferred product from ecratum Store.
- Press the Get Started button that takes you to the view where you can find information regarding how you can use that particular product and to activate the product, press the Activate For Free button.
- After confirming the activation on the modal by clicking on the Activate button you can now start using that product through its sidebar and configuration items.
