Once you share the link of your support portal with your customers, they can start sending support tickets to you after logging in or signing up for an ecratum account. You can view a received support ticket in two main places:
- You can view a support ticket that is sent by your customer along with other tasks that are visible in your Inbox. Respectively, received support tickets can be also seen in your Teambox.
Support Ticket Status
You can specifically view and track the status of only support tickets in a separate location dedicated to the feature.
- Click Support Ticket Status on your sidebar. Here you can review all the tickets that you receive from your customers as well as the tickets that you sent to companies that have the Support Tickets feature.
