After logging in to ecratum, you can activate Support Tickets easily through ecratum Store. In order to activate Support Tickets:
Click ECRATUM STORE in the sidebar.
Press the Get Started button of Support Tickets which is located under the Customer management tools.
- On the new view that you are taken, you can find the information regarding Support Tickets such as how you can use it and benefit from it. To activate the product, click on any Activate For Free button.
- To confirm the activation, press the Activate button.
- You can now start using Support Tickets feature for your company with 1 user.
After activating the feature, you will have two new items in your account:
- Support Portal under Configuration
- Support Ticket Status on the sidebar
- How To Access To Support Portal?
- How To Receive A Support Ticket?
- How To Respond To A Support Ticket?
