ecratum updated the interface to add comments to tasks. You can now easily make a public or internal comment to a task without feeling insecure about the possibility of sending an internal comment to your business partner. To prevent you from accidentally sharing a comment with a business partner that should be private as well as to emphasize the difference between private and public comments, some interface improvements have been made:

1.The "Add Comment" button has been switched to a drop-down button which displays two options when clicked:

• Public
• Internal

2. 3 tabs were created to make sure that user can view comments with its categories

• All- Shows the all comment transactions occurred on a task, including comments made by your business partner

• Internal 

• Public 

3.The public and internal comments got different colours than each other.

4. The information text inserted into the modals to add public and internal comment to let user the comment that is about to be entered will be visible to the business partner or not.
