To receive the needed documentation from your suppliers you have to send Product Document Tasks. On this page you can learn how to:

Create a new Product Documentation task

  • Go to Add New Task button and select Product Document Task

Fill in the needed information to send the task

  • For this step in order to send a Product Document task, you have to fill all the empty fields by selecting: Receiver Company, Product and Product Document Type and click on Create

  • After a task is successfully created and sent, you can see it on Product Documentation, under the PDoc Collect sidebar entry.
