After logging in to ecratum, you can activate Customer Complaints easily through the ecratum Store. To activate Customer Complaints:
- Click ECRATUM STORE in the sidebar.
Press the Get Started button of Customer Complaints which is located under the Customer management tools.
- On the new view that you are taken, you can find the information regarding Customer Complaints such as how you can use it and benefit from it. To activate the product, click on any Activate For Free button.
- To confirm the activation of Customer Complaints, press the Activate button.
- You can now start using the Customer Complaints feature for your company with 1 user.
After activating the feature, you will have two new items on your account:
- Complaint Portal under Configuration
- Complaint Ticket Status on the sidebar
- How To Access To Complaint Portal?
- How To Receive A Complaint Ticket?
- How To Respond To A Complaint Ticket?
