Once you activate the Support Tickets feature, you can distribute the link of your Support Portal to your customers and let them send support tickets to you. To access to your Support Portal:

  • Click on Support Portal under the Configuration. 

  • On the new page, you can click on the Copy to Clipboard button to quickly copy the link of your support portal and distribute that link among your customers through your preferred channel.

  • When your customers get the link to your Support Portal, they will need to log in to ecratum and submit their support ticket. If they do not have an ecratum account yet, they can easily sign up and create their account. The view of the Support Portal is shown above:
